“The time has come for biology to enter the nonlinear world.” – Carl Woese
Hello world!
I’m glad you’re here. In this space, I plan to share updates about my journey, as well as my thoughts on science, culture, arts, and life.
The first big update I want to share is that I recently received the “Astrobiology Early Career Collaboration Award,” which will fund a scientific residency at the Santa Fe Institute (SFI) in New Mexico for the coming weeks. I will be working there with Professor Chris Kempes on the evolution of virus complexity.
I’ve always imagined SFI as a mythical place where smart people with strange ideas come together in the middle of the desert. I’ll keep you posted and share my notes about this visit!
